Are you recording artists in the GTA? Are you a upcoming Producer? If so, we want to give you the opportunity to prove your talent. Change Promotions are proud to present The Shining Starz Mixtape; the First Mixtape Featuring the BEST grassroot artist living in the GTA. We are interested in All Artists that KNOW they are nice! And believe they deserve to be on this compilation.
We are looking for creativity in songs, knowledge of song writing, and
overall we are looking for HIT tracks on Original Beats. If this is
something that you are interested in, and feel that you or your group
deserves to be on this Mixtape; send your best tracks that you know
will make the cut to Changepro@Gmail.com.
There is no fee for this opportunity; although it is something that
we want each artist to take very seriously. The Shining Starz
Mixtapes are released along with The Shining Starz Talent
Showcase DVD's, also through promotional giveaways; If you are
interested, send your completed Song to Changepro@Gmail.com with the
subject title named "Mixtape Submission" in the body add producers
name along with your contact information. If you have any questions

Requirement for Recorded Audio:
- Mp3. or Wma. Formatted files.
- No Profanity or violent promoted songs, All Tracks must be edited.
- Length of Song can be no longer then 4 minutes.
- Production must be from upcoming producers from the GTA
- Songs must be recorded with good quality sound.
- We are looking for Creativity.
